#4 Diversity & Inclusion
Date: Tuesday, May 31 (09:30–11:00)
Room: Zaal 4
The pandemic has forced all of us to flexibly adapt to drastic changes in our teaching and learning. It also made us all acutely aware that we’re not always able to accommodate the diversity within our communities sufficiently: for some, staying at home was a blessing, for example, while others lost the structure and social interactions that they need to function optimally. Indeed, we now discovered how hard it is to offer a truly inclusive education, as the needs and desires of some appeared to be at odds with those of others. In this workshop we’ll exchange experiences while aiming to discover best practices – not just for emergency situations but also for normal times.
